Not getting a refund after a cancellation

Hi,
I'm really frustrated because it has been about a week since my
class was cancelled last minute by the instructor and instead of
getting the full refund, I think that I was only given a portion of
the dabble bucks back. Why is this? I didn't cancel.
Also, I have cancelled a class in advance of 7 days and not gotten a full refund-only partial and one of my classes won't even offer a refund. Lame.
